Samsung Galaxy S8 Clones Hit The Market Before Its Release: How To Spot Fake Galaxy S8

While Samsung is set to launch the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus, the Chinese manufacturers has already launched the Galaxy S8 clone. The Chinese manufacturer have created multiple clones of the device based on leaked pictures and videos of the Galaxy S8.

However Samsung who has planned to launch the Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices, have decided to push back the Galaxy S8 release dates of the devices for undisclosed reasons.

How To Know Samsung Galaxy S8 Clones And S8 Plus Clones

With lot of similarities between original Samsung galaxy S8 And Samsung S8 Plus and the clone S8 in the market, the leaked images showed a device with a a large screen display, slim bezels and a rounded edges in which the Chinese manufacturers replicated all these features on the Galaxy S8 clones version. Just like on the leaked photos, the fake Galaxy S8 lack a home button in front, and there is a fingerprint sensor available on the back.

Having said that, there are also some noticeable differences as well. The design pattern of the speaker grille and the usb port on the leaked photos are different from that of the S8 clones. Not just that, the fingerprint sensor’s position on the back of the device got swapped with that of the LED flash. And the biggest different, however, is when the phone is turned on; you will notice the display comes with a black border on the top and bottom of the screen which is not present in the leaked Samsung Galaxy S8 photos.
