#3. SlideJoy
You get paid for the amount of time you check out your phone. SlideJoy puts product ads on your phone's lockscreen and pays you a fixed amount every time you unlock your phone, whether you look at the ad or not. Users say they earn $5 to $20 on average with SlideJoy.
Rewardable has a US leaning to it, but not all of the tasks you are invited to complete are reliant on being in the US. These are described as "virtual tasks" and can be completed by anyone -- so during the signup process you could simply enter a pretend zip code to get started. Rewards vary quite a lot, but are generally quite high, and your earnings can be withdrawn to PayPal easily. Should you find yourself in the States, there are in-store, location-specific tasks to carry out as well. Companies use the app for secret shopper tasks, such as checking out a display, and for testing the functionality of an app or Web site. Jobs change over time, and when I was playing around with Rewardable for this post, the top job was to go into west coast supermarket chain Safeway, check out a drink mixer display, take a photo, and answer a few questions to earn $4. Most jobs pay out around $5, with the higher paying ones topping out around $20, and you get paid via PayPal.
I love this app! If getting paid to test out apps seems like a great way to spend your time, AppCasher will be right up your street. You can earn credits for installing and launching apps, and these credits can then be converted into gift cards that you can use to buy things from Amazon or iTunes, or you can opt to have cash transferred to your PayPal account instead. You can also refer your friends to the app, and providing they use your special code, you'll earn extra credit for each person who signs up.

#6. iPoll
Google Opinion Rewards is not the only survey-based app that can be used to pull in a little cash. iPoll works in a very similar way providing you with a series of "missions" to complete. While some of these are dependent on your location, others can be completed by anyone, anywhere. In addition to traditional surveys, you may also be asked to submit photos or even upload an audio or video recording. Many of the missions have a decent amount of money associated with then, and when you want to withdraw your earnings, you have a few options. As in other apps you can pull the money into a PayPal account, but your can also add it to your Amazon or iTunes account if you prefer. Most missions pay $1 and take around 3 minutes to complete, and there's also a $5 bonus just for signing up. Once you earn $10, you can cash out your earnings on iPoll.com.

#7. Field Agent
Instead of having you browse the Internet or take surveys, Field Agent pays you to do small tasks for its clients. For instance, you can earn $9 taking four different photos of toothbrushes at Wal-Mart or $5 checking out the price of certain dolls at Toys "R" Us. Taking into account the time and gas it takes to drive out and accomplish those tasks, you'll still be able to make up to $20 as a field agent.
